About the lab

Clawesome Labs is the OpenClaw practice of Royal Crumble Inc. We install agent teams on infrastructure you control — inbox, research, follow-through, harness — and keep them running under Managed Care. Toronto and Dubai Innovation Hub. Canadian corporation.

A small lab, not a logo farm: operators design the jobs and the approvals; agents execute. Client work is staffed with people who have shipped inside Google and Amazon, plus operators with 15+ years in marketplace, enterprise, and public-sector systems. The lab holds Google marketing and AI certifications and AWS certifications.

Who works your project

We do not pretend to be a 40-person office. We bring a project team: operators with Google and Amazon production experience, plus people who have run eBay-scale marketplace, Intel marketing, airline and government systems. Humans scope, harden, and approve. Agents do the jobs. You own the box.

Where that experience comes from

Prior roles and engagements — not Clawesome customer logos:

• Google and Amazon — production experience on the project team we use for client work. Not a claim that Clawesome is a Google or Amazon product team.
• eBay — senior business-development seat on the Canadian marketplace. First-party audience infrastructure, advertiser products, national partnerships. Cross-company work with eBay Global, PayPal, StubHub, and Gumtree EU.
• Intel Developer Zone — multi-year digital marketing subcontract; tracking-pixel / attribution work with Intel marketing leadership.
• Air Canada and other enterprise / PE names (including APAX Partners) through a digital-strategy practice — media performance modelling, not a “we run the airline” claim.
• Government of Canada — digitalisation work across departments; later a Transport Canada aircraft-services assessment presented to a ministerial panel.
• Dubai Innovation Hub — we are in the Hub. The same entity was in the Hub’s inaugural AI cohort as the first AI company in that class. Toronto remains the Canadian legal home.

Certifications

Google marketing certifications, Google AI certifications, and AWS certifications sit on the lab. They are a baseline for how we wire cloud and measurement — not a substitute for a running harness.

What the lab has shipped

Production systems across trading, real estate, healthcare NLP, tourism ops, recruiting, and commerce — plus live OpenClaw harnesses. Fine-tunes (LoRA/QLoRA) where a generic model was the wrong tool. The point is not a trophy case. The point is: this lab has been on the hook for systems that break at 2am, not slide decks.

How we work

Humans scope, harden, and approve. Agents run the jobs. You own the box. If you just want hosted OpenClaw for coffee money, don’t hire us. If you want a generic hardened install this week with a refund clock, read vs Cognio. If you want jobs mapped to your operation and someone still on the hook when the API changes, that’s setup + Managed Care.
