# Email triage + morning briefing

**Intent:** Reduce inbox time; deliver a concise AM brief to Telegram or email.

## Triggers
- Scheduled: weekdays 07:30 local
- On-demand: `/brief` command

## Steps
1. Pull last 12h of mail from allowlisted accounts (OAuth, app password, or provider API).
2. Classify: `action`, `fyi`, `spam-risk`, `calendar`.
3. Draft 5–7 bullet summary: who needs a reply today, deadlines, FYIs.
4. Queue for human send or auto-post to approved channel per policy.

## Approvals
- First 14 days: always ask before sending externally.
- Sensitive keywords (wire, password reset, legal): always block auto-send.

## Metrics
- Minutes saved vs baseline week (self-reported in stand-up).
